Forge Connect.
In active development.
Forge Connect is the customer-facing companion to Forge Work — the app a Forge Work operator gives to their end-customers. Members, students, patients, and trainees use it to see their session balance, book a slot, check in for attendance, and review their profile and measurements. Branded per tenant, on the customer's own phone, talking to the same backend as the operator's Forge Work workspace. Launch window confirmed later.
The other side of the counter.
Forge Work runs the operator side — staff, providers, schedules, the books. Forge Connect runs the customer side — branded for each tenant, on the customer's own phone. One platform, two audiences, one source of truth. No paid Odoo license is required for customer-app users; only people who log in to the Odoo backend need a seat.
Four things customers do for themselves.
The launch scope of Forge Connect — the work in active development today. Final UI and exact ship date land here when confirmed.
See my balance
Active subscription, sessions remaining, expiry date, freeze status. Same source of truth the operator sees.
Book a session
Pick a service, provider, and time from the operator's published schedule. Configurable per tenant — open booking, request-to-book, or in-person only.
Check in
Customer-side attendance confirmation. Replaces the trainer-handoff flow when the customer's own phone is the device.
Profile and measurements
Personal profile and measurement history. Renders from the same admin-configurable schema as the trainer app — add a custom field in the backend and it appears here too.
Same workshop. Same stack.
Common questions.
What is Forge Connect?
Forge Connect is the customer-facing mobile app that pairs with Forge Work. A Forge Work operator hands it to their end-customers — gym members, training clients, students, patients — so they can see their session balance, book sessions, check in for attendance, and view their profile and measurement history.
Who builds and operates Forge Connect?
Nahhas Forge. Same workshop that builds and operates Forge Work. Both products run on the same Odoo backend per tenant.
When does Forge Connect launch?
In active development. We will publish the confirmed launch window on this page when it is final. Operators who want early access can email hello@nahhasforge.com.
Do customers need an Odoo license to use Forge Connect?
No. Odoo only charges per user who logs in to the Odoo backend. Customers using a mobile app — Forge Connect or Forge Work — do not log in to Odoo and do not consume a seat. This applies whether the operator runs Odoo Enterprise or Odoo Community.
Is Forge Connect branded per tenant?
Yes. Each Forge Work tenant gets their own branded build — logo, app name, palette. One platform, many fronts.
Will it work without Forge Work?
No. Forge Connect is the customer-side surface of Forge Work. The operator runs Forge Work; Forge Connect is what the operator gives to their customers.
How does Forge Connect compare to Mindbody / Glofox / Zenoti customer apps?
Same audience. Forge Connect is Odoo-native — the customers and the operator see the same source of truth. The operator pays no per-customer license to a third-party SaaS. And the app is branded as the operator, not as Forge.
Can the operator self-host Forge Connect too?
Yes. Same self-host model as Forge Work — deployable into the operator Azure tenant.
Have a system worth building?
If you run an operation in MENA and you need software that actually fits — not another generic SaaS — we'd like to hear about it. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch.
